Very unfair! They just take money and do nothing! I do not recommend!

I have been in this sector for 22 years and I have never seen anything like this. There is zero interest and concern, there is no heater in the customer waiting area and the weather is minus 1 degree. Let alone a cup of coffee, no one asked if I would like water, there is no water in the waiting area. There is only one water machine that the staff uses and a glass next to it, everyone who comes and goes drinks water with that glass. Never come to this service unless you have to, I know the cold I feel. The job they said was 2 hours was not finished for 8 hours.

Terrible service, went to ask and ask for help, they kicked me out, I don't recommend

European appearance. They are not particularly good.
